• Teaching staff must be paid for their appointments as set the previous day (24 hours prior to the lesson time). Therefore, if you are unable to attend an appointment and notify your teacher within that 24 hour period, it cannot be rescheduled and you will be charged the lesson fee. Your teacher will use your designated lesson time to benefit you through lesson planning and resource development. 

• If you are unable to attend your lesson and reschedule your appointment outside of that 24 hour period, you may simply reschedule your lesson for a different time that week. If availability prevents this, we will issue you with a makeup lesson that you can use as an extra booking in addition to you 1 lesson per week/fortnight. You cannot use lesson credit for your normal weekly or fortnightly booking.

• If your teacher is absent, they will reschedule you at the earliest convenience. If the lesson cannot be rescheduled after reasonable attempt, refunds will be issued.

Students may use their purchased package lessons for In-person or Skype lessons, with the ratestaying the same and no refunds or price deductions given. All packages must be used within 40 days of purchase. - Thankyou for understanding
